Onboarding Coaching, often referred to as the first 90 or 100 days, is intended to help employees assimilate the culture, work processes/practices, identify formal and informal networks along with the organization's strengths and weaknesses as quickly and effectively as possible.

This program is designed to:

  • Accelerate the integration of a leader into a new leadership role.
  • Promote the development of leaders.
  • Assist the leader in establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders.
