Rapid Coaching
Rapid Coaching, or "Fast Action Coaching," is an intensive, short-term, one-on-one coaching commitment that results in a development action plan or a plan for transitioning into a new role or preparing for a promotion. Unlike other Challenger Coaching commitments, this program is highly focused and executed within 30 days, culminating in an alignment meeting with the Coachee, Coach, and Sponsor/Manager.
Rapid Coaching for Development Purposes is used when...
- A leader is ready for promotion; improvement in 2 key areas of development would ensure success in the new role.
- A valued leader is struggling in the effort to adapt to a new role or organizational change.
- An employee is considered valuable, but may have the wrong role within the organization.
- The restructuring has resulted in duplication of positions, leading to the need to assess a leader for reassignment or a transition out of the organization.
- We need to determine whether a leader can succeed within the organization's culture or if they should be transferred outside of it.

- Elevating the focus on key relationships and achieving early victories, we ensure success.
- Obtain an individualized 90-day onboarding plan.
- Ensure alignment between leader and manager.
